Hello and I am so glad to discover your site. I am a homesteader and prepper living on 15 acres I purchase last year and trying to make a go of it on my own.
I would like to connect with a site like this, but I am honestly afraid due to the uncertainty of whether my knowledge and experience living off the grid and solving problems will be meaningful or received in a general friendly manner. The thing is my ethnic back ground is non - white and to be homest as much as I want and need to connect with others doing what I am doing, I need to ask the stupid question so as to avoid any discomfort for me or anyone.
Are non whites welcome of these boards? I know there are individuals who don't care for non whites, but is the site itself open to all.
Please do not block me, How will I know if I do not ask? Please respond if possible... I have learned a lot over the last year first living under a tarp for 2 months to today having a closed in small cabin I built by hand.
I will like to compare notes with others and share my pictures and videos I have taken on things I did and trouble I got into when there was no one around to help.
Please guide my participation as I am a normal person, just looking to share and learn.
My best to everyone...
