How much of your own food do you produce?
Where would you go to get food if all the stores were closed?
A surprisingly large number of people in the so-called "developed" world answer "zero" and "I don't know."
Do you have heirloom or self-pollinating seeds in stock ready to plant? The companies that originally produced seeds for gardening and produce are being bought up at an alarming rate. Better buy these seeds while still available.
This is a must see video.
If you're depending on Corporate America to make sure your food supply is safe, you may be making a fatal mistake.

I am amazed at how little people know about the food. We had a young friend come over and was surprised that a chicken is killed for food. Yet she loves KFC!
As to the heirloom seeds my recent post is on three companies I used this year to buy seeds from. We need to be prepared.
